FCG Cloud provides website hosting, business email hosting, domain registration assistance, SSL support, DNS support, migration assistance and related technical services powered by Future Creative Group Pty Ltd.
Services are supplied subject to package limits, payment status, acceptable use, upstream infrastructure availability and the client providing accurate information required for setup or support.
Hosting packages are intended for normal business websites, landing pages, WordPress websites and related email usage within the selected plan resources.
FCG Cloud may request an upgrade or corrective action where usage affects server performance, security, uptime or the experience of other clients.
Email hosting must not be used for spam, phishing, unlawful content, bulk unsolicited sending, abusive activity or any action that harms sender reputation.
Clients are responsible for keeping mailbox passwords secure and notifying FCG Cloud if they suspect account compromise.
Hosting, email and domain services are activated or renewed subject to payment and confirmation of the selected service package.
Late or unpaid accounts may be suspended, limited or cancelled after reasonable notice, depending on the service type and supplier requirements.
Domain availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by FCG Cloud or the relevant registrar and payment processing is completed where required.
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are subject to registry rules, registrar policies, accurate client details and required authorization codes where applicable.
Daily backups may be included with hosting packages, but backups should not be treated as the only copy of critical business data.
Clients are encouraged to keep independent backups of important website, email and business information where possible.
Support may include hosting setup, business email setup, DNS guidance, SSL assistance, website migration, webmail access and Outlook/mobile setup guidance.
Support does not automatically include custom website development, third-party application repairs, content writing, malware cleanup or advanced integrations unless quoted separately.
Information submitted to FCG Cloud may be used to respond to enquiries, provide services, manage support requests, process domain or hosting setup and communicate with clients.
FCG Cloud aims to handle client information responsibly and only share details where needed to provide requested services, comply with supplier requirements or meet legal obligations.
